Loved this hotel!! Such amazing value for a wonderfully central hotel, ten minutes walk from the Art Institute (though I did not find the hotel noisy at all, it was very quiet). The room size was also much bigger than I thought it would be. I paid about £90 per night for early March. The staff gave me a nice welcome each time and kept my bag after I checked out. Has nice toiletries and a hairdryer, as well as a tv that you can easily cast to from your phone if you wanted an early night, like I did. The hotel is attached to a pub, which was quite nice as a Brit! They had good beer and the food was filling. The room has a Nespresso coffee machine which is really easy to use, and if you need more pods just phone reception. I would recommend this hotel 100% and would definitely stay here if I came back to Chicago. I don't understand at all why it was so cheap given all of its many qualities when I stayed.

Great Central Loop location for every subway link to both airports or to Little Mexico or to Wrigley Field and also a comfortable walk to Buddy Guys Legends Blues Bar. Likewise no end of great places to eat and drink easily reached plus Chicago River boat trips. Room is compact but adequate at a very competitive price to most other Loop hotels. Great shower and very comfy bed, plus huge cable TV and good wifi. Free water bottle refills and coffee in Club Lounge areas. Very quick iPad based checkin/out w friendly staff to take you through it. Free luggage stored on departure day if you have a later flight / train. Also interconnects w next door British pub serving great breakfasts and late night cocktails and showing live sports especially English Premier League soccer!!

+ great location in Central Loop, close to main museums and Points of interest, close to metro station (including the Blue line from/to the airport). + based on my very few interactions, crew at fromnt desk was friendly and helpful. + Room is accurate to pictures, with a desk, large TV and coffee machine, a comfortable armchair and bed, multiple power outlets everywhere. Overall very clean and nothing major to mention. Free WiFi is provided through a public unsecured network, with overall speed of 10mbits. + Bathroom is clean and very functional, with large shower. + Clear water dispenser in the corridor. + Only two elevators are available for guests floor, but the wait was never longer than a few seconds at any time of the day/night (my room was located at 8th floor).

Our stay at Club Quarters in Chicago was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. A special shoutout to Danny, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The accommodation itself was superb. The room exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful amenities. It was spacious, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the city. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Club Quarters to anyone visiting Chicago. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Location was only a few minutes walk/jog to Grant Park where marathon start & finish was which was very handy. Also being in the Central Loop train stations with most of the lines were close by too as well as bus stops. Willis Tower (Sky Deck) only minutes walk away. The blue line train from the airport went through a station only minutes walk away so very handy to get to Room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, TV had lots of channels. Also had a sink, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. There was climate control but the room was at a good temperature so I didn't need to adjust it. Shower was good and had hot water whenever I used it, had a step and curtain so the water stayed where it should.
